The warranty period on all Magellan products is a one year manufacturer's repair warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all faults except for damage to the unit caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.
You must backup all data from your unit prior to sending the unit to us for repair and have obtained a RMA number before sending the unit to us. We cannot be held liable for data that is lost during the repair process.
Units received without an RMA number will be placed in Quarantine and that will increase the repair time significantly.
You are required to contact Magellan as soon as possible to report a fault with your unit. You can contact us on 09 481 1600 to book your unit in for repair and obtain an RMA number.

Model: What type of Magellan do you have?
Date of Purchase: When did you purchase your Magellan?
Detailed description of the fault: What seems to be the fault/problem with your Magellan?
Serial Number: What is your Magellan's serial number?

Track your Unit
Magellan will repair your unit and return it to you. You can track the status of your repair below. Please ensure that you send the unit via registered post so that the delivery of the item to Magellan can be tracked. Please include the RMA number and a copy of your receipt with the faulty unit.
