Collection of Information

When you order, we need to know your name, address, email address, telephone number and credit card details. This allows us to process and fulfil your order. You have the option to withhold personal information that is not required for the order process.

We may use the information collected to contact you to validate your order details, cardholder"™s details and shipping address. We will pass this information to WorldPay or any other payment processing or credit reference organisation. If we have trouble processing an order we will contact you by email first, if unsuccessful then by telephone. We ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. We may also disclose your information if we are required to do so by law or regulation. We may also retain any information you provide us by way of feedback from time to time about our Website and the goods and services we provide. It is important to us to provide you with the most appropriate level of service and the most up to date information regarding our products and services. We would therefore like to:

Magellan may issue promotional codes that will entitle you to special promotions and discounts from time to time. When you enter a promotional code, we will ask you for your name and email address to validate the promotional code.

For your security, we have arranged for your credit card payment to be processed by WorldPay and so your payment details will be passed to them. We will need to pass your details to third parties involved with the order process, such as carriers. We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons, beyond the essential requirement for credit/debit card validation during purchase.
